I moved to Livingston, Montana in 1981 and never looked back! I have no regrets.
 
I’ve been a full-time REALTOR® since 1992. Helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their real estate goals continues to be deeply rewarding. Over the years I’ve handled everything from a house in town, small and large acreages (with or without homes), ranches, recreational tracts as well as commercial properties.
 
I'm naturally drawn to places that offer something special or hard-to-find. Maybe it’s a sense of history, live water, mature trees, a border with Forest Service land, true seclusion and of course who doesn’t love breathtaking mountain views.
